Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ Years experience developing with Ruby on Rails.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
