Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks, with strong architectural thinking and the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and development of full stack web applications.
  • Define and implement best practices in coding, design, DevOps, and cloud.
  • Architect microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
  • Drive the adoption of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior architects.
  • Participate in code and design reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
  • Hands-on with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Java technologies.
  • Experience working with distributed systems or enterprise applications
